Just want to be free

We have been talking about what I want for Christmas, but honestly, there isn’t any materialistic item I want. What I want is not something that can be bought at the store. My disease isn’t life-threatening, but there are people out there who know they can pass away at any minute due to their illness. If I had the gift to cure one person in this world, I wouldn’t use it on myself but on someone who truly needs it.Celebrating Christmas when you are sick or in pain isn’t what anyone wants, but we’re always able to make the most out of it. Having a compassionate and understanding family certainly helps.Another thing that helps is that I believe at some point in the future there will be a treatment or maybe even a cure, which helps me not only push through the holidays but every day

Just a few things that might help with pain

potatoes and tomatoes including your good old favourite tomato sauce. Other common nightshades include Eggplant, Sweet Peppersand Chilli Peppers.

Bone broth has been around for a long time. In fact both your and my great-grandmother probably made chicken soup to reduce the symptoms of coughs and colds and made stews from a base of bone broth, either from necessity and `waste-not’ mentality.

rheumatoid arthritis patients tried (Turmeric) 500mg twice a day, After eight weeks the Turmeric demonstrated the greatest improvement in symptoms with no adverse side-effects.

Did you know water can ease pain , always check with your doctor first of course . I was taking magnesium for a while but soon found out that i was feeling worse after .

We dont celeabrate any holidays any more its just easier that way .Sure is sad at times tho
