Cry it out. crying away your negative feelings releases harmful chemicals that build up in your body due to stress i feel better after a good cry .Exercise decreases stress hormones and increases endorphins, chemicals that improve your state of mind, express your feelings through a creative outlet, like blogging or walking, or art .Enjoying the people in your life may help put your problems in perspective. Join groups with other with the same things going on. I have a dog and even though I don’t want to walk him most days I have to and I always feel better after .Keeping busy helps take my mind off stuff
